Why Your Leadership Success Depends On It

Transform how you lead through systems designed for the way you work

This isn't a personal failing. It's a system problem.

In this practical guide, I share insights from my experience as Chief of Staff, working with leaders across organisations to design systems that work.

You'll discover:

  • Why even brilliant leaders struggle with overwhelm and what's really happening beneath the surface

  • The truth about "naturally organised" people (hint: it's not what you think)

  • The three essential pillars of an effective personal operating system

  • Why copying someone else's productivity system never works

  • The critical difference between being challenged and struggling

"I must create a system, or be enslaved by another man's."

- William Blake

Meet Christina

Hello, I'm Christina—a Certified Chief of Staff and Transformative Coach who helps leaders design systems that turn complexity into flow.

My journey to systems-based coaching began with a question that has shaped my entire career: Why do some leaders thrive while others struggle under similar demands?

As Chief of Staff, I've designed and implemented leadership operating systems for executives and their teams across organisations. What I've discovered is that the right system doesn't constrain—it liberates. It creates clarity from complexity, space for creativity, and room for genuine connection.

I believe that true excellence happens when your systems feel natural because they're designed around your unique strengths and working style. With an accredited diploma in Transformative Coaching from the Animas Centre and certification from the Chief of Staff Association, I combine proven frameworks with personal discovery to create systems that fit you perfectly.

My approach isn't about forcing you into someone else's productivity model. It's about guiding you to design something that works specifically for you—because no size fits all.

When your systems are strong enough to carry the load, life flows with the pace I named my practice after: Allegro - lively and bright.
