About Christina:

I am a Certified Chief of Staff and a Coach.

A large part of my role as Chief of Staff is designing and building systems for the CEO, their office (OCEO) and their leadership team. Most people’s systems are not as strong as they could be. It’s the number one reason they don’t reach their goals, individually or as a team. I have curated everything I know about designing and building systems and everything I know about coaching to guide you through a process that will enable you to design and build your system, or your team’s system one step at a time—a complete and unique system for you, or your team, where you can thrive, rather than (cling on &) survive. It doesn’t have to feel like that but we know from stats that this is the way that 80% of people feel, so learn how to join the 20% and enjoy life more.

1.0 LeaderOS

LeaderOS stands for Leader Operating System. This group coaching series focuses on your personal system for effectiveness and success. Some people think of a leader as a job title or role, but a leader can also be a way of being, an intentional decision to commit to a path or embody a certain mindset.

This series will be valuable to anyone who wants to improve their self-leadership skills and build systems where they can flourish. It may have the most significant impact or offer the greatest return for those who get to choose the systems they allow to govern them, i.e. creatives, entrepreneurs and leaders.

Each module can be taken alone, but they are most transformative when taken together, and all three make LeaderOS. A group coaching series that I have shared with numerous leadership teams in my role as Chief of Staff.

The three modules:

Module 1.1:

Purpose & Energy

2hr x 4 sessions

Learning outcome: to understand our purpose in life, the importance of stories and the role that our energy plays in achieving it.

In these sessions, we cover:

  • The stories we tell ourselves that won’t get us what we want

  • Our purpose

  • Creating new stories

  • Our energy and how to manage it

  • Our commitment to change

This module is based on a book you will need to read alongside the sessions. The book will be supplied in the first session and is also available as an audiobook.

Module 1.2:

Strategic Planning Process

2hr x 4 sessions

Learning outcome: to understand what the strategic planning process is and what it is not, and how we can use it to guide our actions and commit to a course to reach our goals.

In these sessions, we cover:

  • The strategic planning process 

  • Strategic thinking and decision-making 

  • What strategy is and is not, and how to put together a strategic argument 

  • Strategic planning

Module 1.3:

Workflow & Time Management

2hr x 4 sessions

Learning outcome: to understand how to approach workload and time management to unlock stress-free performance at work and in life. More intentionalism, less anxiety.

In these sessions, we cover:

  • Our relationship with our to-do lists, our existing processes

  • Overview of frameworks that work

  • Assessment of our current workflow and time management system

  • Designing and building something that will work 

  • Ongoing and optimisation

With each module, there will be homework between sessions, and the value you get from each session will be directly related to the time you spend on homework in between sessions and how you show up in sessions.

BusinessOS for Founders

2hr x 6 sessions

BusinessOS stands for Business Operating System. This group coaching series focuses on your business's operating system for effectiveness and success. In the early days of a company, a founder’s personal system and the business’s system will be very closely interweaved. Often, in the early days, the business will be an extension of the founder and be very founder-dependent. Whilst this is relatively normal, it’s vital that the company starts developing to become a self-sustaining system, one that you can control rather than it controlling you.

This series will be valuable to anyone with a growing business who wants to understand how to run their company with more focus, growth and enjoyment.  It may have the most significant impact or offer the greatest return for those with a team or for those who are about to hire.

Learning outcome: to understand better the core components required for running a successful business and learn new processes and frameworks to assist you.

In these sessions, we cover:

  • Vision, strategy and planning processes

  • People, roles and responsibilities

  • Data, KPI monitoring and review processes

  • Issues and resolution

  • Process documentation and adherence

  • Traction, making progress

With each module, there will be homework in between sessions, and the value you get from each session will be directly related to the time you spend on homework in between sessions and how you show up in sessions.
